So, why is the ROCWARE PTZ more attractive and reliable compared to other PTZ cameras? To answer this question, we have to take a look at the specs and features of this camera first.

The camera comes with a 1080p resolution with up to 60 frames per second, or you can switch to 720p if you want a higher FPS. It also has a 72-degree wide-angle lens along with 16X digital zoom, which is capable of delivering very clean and precise footage.

For effective range, this camera can cover up to 150 meters. Also, while the camera is in low light, it is capable of delivering noise-free pictures using the High SNR CMOS sensor. It also supports the NDI HX, HX2 network, which allows users to broadcast from multiple platforms within the same network. If the camera is running on low bandwidth, then there is AAC Audio Encoding for clear sound and H.265 support to keep the streaming quality stable.

The camera itself is very flexible and super easy to use. To turn on the camera, just connect it with the provided cable to your PC and simply plug in the power cable. Additionally, the camera also supports a local storage module for direct recording on a flash drive as well.

Connectivity

The ROCWARE PTZ camera has a whole bunch of connectivity since it can be accessed through multiple platforms in multiple ways. Starting from the left, we have a line-in connection, a CVBS port, an Ethernet Jack along with an HDMI port, and a 3G-SDI jack. It also has an RS485 port for a DVR connection with two RS232 in and out, a USB 2.0 for power input, a DC 12V port, and a power switch.

The Remote-Control Function

What we like the most about this camera is the high-speed remote-control functionality. Once the camera is on, users can simply control it through the remote. So if you want the camera to focus on a different angle, just press the arrow buttons, and it will move based on your signal. From a vertical angle, it can be rotated around -30 degrees to +90 degrees, and from a horizontal angle, 170 degrees on both sides

The “Call Preset” is another interesting feature that makes it a true premium PTZ camera. This feature allows the user to bind a certain camera position with each number on the remote. That means you can access certain camera angles without further pressing the arrow keys. All you have to do is set the camera position with individual numbers.

Final Verdict

So, for the people who often participate in virtual meetings that require your presence in front of a camera, choosing the ROCWARE PTZ will surely be the best option for most of you. With its beautifully optimized remote-control feature, you can hold all your meetings with more convenience. And when it comes to video and audio quality, you can rest assured that you will be receiving the best specs.
